Alarm intervention

If you already have an alarm system, this is a proactive step towards securing your premises. However, the question remains as to what actually happens when your alarm is triggered. Disturbed by the siren noise, your neighbours or passerby are usually - quite understandably - unwilling to investigate any further (especially in the middle of the night). They might call the police, but by then it is often too late.

So unless someone is able to arrive at the scene in time, an alarm intervention service is essential!

An overview of our alarm intervention service

When the security system senses an unauthorized movement, it gives us precise data about the zone of the property from which the alarm originates. If we are unable to contact you, we will quickly dispatch a security agent to check whether the alarm has gone off accidentaly or otherwise. The agent will deactivate the alarm system, inspect the protected area for any sign of a break-in and, should he deem it necessary, notify the police.

At the end of the event, he will complete an intervention report and reactivate the alarm.
